Frequently asked questions

Does the template follow a specific funder's format?

No. It is a generic structure. Copy the totals into your funder's forms and follow their categories and rules.

How do I budget for health economics work?

Include health economist time across the whole study and the costs of collecting cost data. Our guide on writing the economic evaluation section of a grant proposal gives more detail.

Can I add more years?

The template covers three years. For longer grants, add year columns and extend the formulas, then check the summary totals.
