Liul Birhanu Tamirat, MD, MPH
Founder and Principal Health Economist
Liul is a physician and health economist working at the intersection of health economics, health financing and health systems research in East Africa. He holds an MD from Hawassa University and an MPH in Health Systems and Policy (Health Economics) from Addis Ababa University. His experience spans economic evaluation, actuarial analysis and payment model design for health insurance, and digital health programme management.
