How it works

  1. 01

    Scoping

We agree the institutions in scope, the framework to use and the people to interview.

  2. 02

    Document review and interviews

We review laws, policies and decision records, and interview decision-makers and technical staff.

  3. 03

    Analysis

We assess readiness in each domain and identify gaps and priorities.

  4. 04

    Validation and roadmap

We test the findings with your team in a workshop and finalise the roadmap.

Frequently asked questions

Is this the same as setting up an HTA agency?

No. The assessment tells you where you stand and what to do next. We can then support implementation — methods guidelines, pilot assessments and training — as separate work.

Which framework do you use?

We agree it with you at scoping. Published HTA institutionalisation frameworks and the practice of countries at a similar stage are used as reference points.

How much does it cost?

Pricing is on request. We send a written proposal setting out the scope, timeline and price after a short call.

Not sure which package fits?

Tell us about the decision you need to support and we will suggest the right scope.
