About the role
You will lead our most complex economic evaluations, from cost-effectiveness analyses and budget impact models to blended financing frameworks for national health systems across Africa. You will set the technical standard for our modelling work and represent HEOR Africa in senior client engagements.
Key responsibilities
- Design and run advanced Markov and decision-tree models to evaluate public health interventions.
- Lead strategic engagements with ministries of health, multilateral agencies and financing partners.
- Mentor junior quantitative analysts and set standard health economic methods across the team.
Working arrangements
The type of engagement and its terms are flexible, and we agree them with each shortlisted candidate after an initial conversation. The work is remote. Depending on the project, we may occasionally ask you to work in person, for example at our offices in Kigali or Addis Ababa, with a client, or at a field site. We agree any in-person work with you in advance.
