About the role
You will direct our data management and statistical validation work for multi-site clinical trials and epidemiological surveillance, building automated auditing pipelines in R, R Shiny and SPSS that make every analysis reproducible.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee exploratory data analysis, logistic regression, survival analysis and complex survey designs.
- Build and optimise automated R-based data-quality diagnostics for REDCap research exports.
- Safeguard data integrity, governance compliance and reproducible analytical workflows.
Working arrangements
The type of engagement and its terms are flexible, and we agree them with each shortlisted candidate after an initial conversation. The work is remote. Depending on the project, we may occasionally ask you to work in person, for example at our offices in Kigali or Addis Ababa, with a client, or at a field site. We agree any in-person work with you in advance.
