About the role
You will drive HEOR Africa’s growth: building partnerships, raising institutional funding and scaling our operations across global health initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Build senior relationships with donors, governments, international NGOs and private-sector investors.
- Oversee proposal writing, grant compliance and the allocation of resources across projects.
- Grow our institutional reach and keep our work aligned with global health development frameworks.
Working arrangements
The type of engagement and its terms are flexible, and we agree them with each shortlisted candidate after an initial conversation. The work is remote. Depending on the project, we may occasionally ask you to work in person, for example at our offices in Kigali or Addis Ababa, with a client, or at a field site. We agree any in-person work with you in advance.
Partners and consultants
We look for consulting partners and strategic associates who can respond quickly to fast-moving funding cycles and deliver to a consistently high standard.
